Full time permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Napthens are hiring a Legal Assistant to support our Residential Property, conveyancing department.
Working closely with our residential property solicitors you will be required to assist in the day-to-day progression of files, office administration and management of diaries’, calls and internal administration.
Work experience gained within any similar property department as a legal assistant or legal secretary would certainly be helpful.
Your IT skills operating a case management system are essential. We use Proclaim and if you have used this system before that would be a nice bonus.
Your working knowledge of property, commercial, residential, conveyancing and or real estate would help you in this position.
Please be aware that we would like you to work in our Southport office on a full time basis.
