5-Year Development Pathway
* Year 1 – Foundation: Office-based admin and team support, shadowing senior trainers, creating social media video content (STEMBricks), delivering online 6-Bricks training (post training), and completing marketing/social media training.
* Year 2 – Growth: Continue Year 1 duties with added involvement in FIRST LEGO League (FLL) event organisation and school engagement, supported onsite LEGO sessions, and virtual school training.
* Year 3 – Contribution: Lead coordination of FLL events, support industry initiatives, complete LEGO Education training, and independently create social media content.
* Year 4 – Leadership: Lead onsite LEGO training sessions, manage team social media strategy, and develop new LEGO learning resources.
* Year 5 – Senior Role: Oversee strategic FLL planning, mentor junior trainers, drive social media engagement and analytics, and expand LEGO-based offerings.
