Overview
As a key leadership role within Drivetech, you will oversee our Commercial Bookings, Training, and FORS Auditing teams, ensuring smooth, cost-effective operations that meet contracted service levels, quality standards, and company policies. You will manage financial planning, forecasting, and recruitment of training contractors while controlling costs without compromising service quality.
Responsibilities
* Manage the Training P&L to meet revenue and cost targets.
* Ensure trainer availability across Police and Commercial contracts to meet service levels.
* Build strong working relationships with the Drivetech Leadership Team.
* Develop partnerships with key stakeholders including UKROEd.
* Attend customer meetings and contribute to bid and tender development.
* Support AA functions to foster a culture of service excellence and exceed NPS targets.
* Lead teams to meet performance targets and KPIs across training and bookings.
* Oversee regional managers and team leaders to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, including HR, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
* Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, system upgrades, and innovation.
Qualifications
* Experience managing financial budgets, P&L, and driving operational performance.
* Proven ability to lead bids, tenders, and contractual negotiations.
* Strong skills in managing relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to gather and apply customer feedback to improve service delivery.
* Project Management qualification and experience leading change initiatives.
* Solid understanding of ISO standards and compliance requirements.
* Knowledge of the police and government sectors and their operational frameworks.
* Excellent relationship‑building skills across all levels of the organisation.
* Confidence in analysing complex data to support strategic decision‑making.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
