Senior House Manager Required from 24th November - 10th December 2025 inclusive for a busy grouse shooting Estate. Very high end household, and we need someone with plenty of experience managing teams, working in UHNW households, and working for demanding clients.
The first shoot is not until 1st December (a dinner on 30 November) so you will have some time to become familiar with the staff and house and make sure everything is ready.
It will be overseeing housekeeping and laundry staff so making sure the house is meticulous and rotas for the shooting organised.
It will also be leading the FOH service with 2 x FOH assistants who have been there all season so familiar with the systems etc. There will also be 2 chefs there who are familiar with the systems.
It is essential the candidate is a team player, with a hard working attitude and good with managing staff, and experienced working to a top level with demanding clients. You must enjoy working in the countryside, and preference is for a driver. Accommodation will be provided.
