Responsibilities
* Actively support the business on R&A matters by conducting regular site visits, ensuring standards are in place, undertaking audits, and monitoring progress against site improvement plans.
* Engage with stakeholder teams to identify further improvements and provide solutions.
* Work closely with the R&A Manager to support and liaise with external stakeholders, regulators, and customers, providing technical support on matters such as construction, temporary works and isolation.
* Liaise with clients and advise on industry best practices.
* Mentor R&A Advisors on skills and expertise, assist with tasks such as event investigations, and deputise for the R&A Manager when required.
Qualifications
* NEBOSH General Certificate and Environmental Certificate
* IEMA Internal Auditor Training
* Experience of different operational activities and the ability to influence key stakeholders on site
* Good knowledge of CDM and temporary works awareness
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers
