SEND Inclusion Support is recruiting an experienced SENDCo to support a welcoming and inclusive independent school in Buckinghamshire on a temp to perm basis starting immediately.
This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting students with additional needs and ensuring inclusive practice across the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school
* Work closely with teaching staff to support students with additional needs
* Develop and review support plans and strategies for pupils
* Liaise with parents, external professionals, and support services
* Promote inclusive teaching practices and ensure compliance with SEND policies
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
* Experience working with students with additional needs
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
