Location : Loughton, Essex
working Hours: Mon to Thurs - 10am to 8pm / Fri - 10am to 3pm (WFH)

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the industry.
Position Overview :
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in civil infrastructure, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier professionals to fill critical roles in some of America's most significant infrastructure projects. You will collaborate closely with our clients and leverage your expertise to ensure the successful completion of projects that are vital to the development of America's infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and project requirements.
- Identify, source, and attract top talent within the civil infrastructure sector.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
- Provide guidance and advice to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all recruitment activities.
Qualifications :
- Preferred previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the civil infrastructure or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with USA labour laws and regulations.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.
