In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of the app’s UI Foundations, managing Figma libraries, refining visual systems, and ensuring pixel-perfect design delivery across iOS, Android, and Web.
This is not a product design role — it’s a production-focused, systems-level position for someone who thrives on precision, organization, and design craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do
* Own and maintain large Figma component libraries and design system assets.
* Partner with product designers and engineers to streamline design-to-dev handoff.
* Conduct design audits to ensure quality and consistency across mobile platforms.
* Support visual design work including icons, motion, and illustrations.
* Explore ways to improve team efficiency through automation and AI-driven design tools.
What You’ll Bring
* 6+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in design systems.
* Strong visual design background with a keen eye for detail and structure.
* Hands-on experience designing for iOS and Android apps.
* Deep expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Tokens, Libraries).
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, basic HTML/CSS, and file management tools.
* Experience in large-scale tech or digital environments is a plus.
