Your role in the classroom
* Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs
* Helping them navigate routine, communication and emotional regulation
* Working alongside teachers and the SENDCo to build a personalised plan
* Encouraging confidence, independence and small daily successes
* Being a reliable, compassionate presence throughout the school day

* Experience in SEND is helpful, but not essential if you’re willing to learn

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
