Job title: Electrical Craftsman

Duration: 12 Months
Pay rate: £21.78 PAYE (Umbrella rates of pay also available) + 33 days paid leave
Location: Preston (5 days on site)
Hours of work: 40 hours per week 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday
Role information:
- Install, terminate, and test new electrical equipment (e.g., motors, drives, sensors, control panels etc).
- Install and calibrate instrumentation devices (e.g., thermocouples, pressure transmitters, flow meters).
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues during commissioning.
- Commission and start-up electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Diagnose and repair faulty electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all works performed
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Diploma or Apprenticeship in Electrical or Instrumentation
- Strong experience in industrial maintenance and repair
- Diagnostic skills
- Proficient with electrical testing equipment
- Certification in Safety
UK National Security Vetting Status – All candidates must be Eligible to obtain SC Clearance
