Looking for a part-time admin and facilities assistant for our Newcastle office.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Overall upkeep and maintenance of the office space
* Managing utilities bills and expenses, and coordinating with finance for payments
* Managing employee details and interacting with the HR shared services team for monthly updates
* Managing access initiation for the office with the building admin
* Managing company stationery/giveaways and maintaining stock
* ESG compliance, data entry, and coordination with the global committee for on-ground reporting
* Procurement management for the region
* Coordinating with the building landlord
* Restocking the fridge and snack bar
* Upkeep of meeting rooms, kitchen area, and snack bar
* Assisting the HR and administration team with employee activities, conferences, and marketing events
