This post is part of a supportive leadership team dedicated to ongoing learning, improvement, and development.
Role Responsibilities
1. Operational management and supervision of a locality-based Health Visiting Team.
2. Providing leadership, support, and guidance to staff in delivering services to children and families within your caseload.
3. Working closely with the Lead Nurse to meet local and national priorities and drive team development.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in delivering complex Health Visiting practice.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Proven leadership skills with a proactive, creative, and innovative approach.
* Registration on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA, or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC Register, and Sub-part 3 with a Special Health Visiting or Public Health qualification.
