Summary:
• Responsible for project coordination across equipment and services from order entry to deliverable and invoicing across the customer base. Contribute to the team's and sites' financial plans and ensure customer on-time delivery and satisfaction across their order profiles.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting with activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of new manufactured products, repairs, and spares supporting customers predominantly in the North Sea sector.
• Assisting project managers to fulfill customer orders according to financial and commercial parameters, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with colleagues across all functions within the business.
• Handling standardized project processes and administrative tasks.
• Working based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
