1. Effective planning, purchasing, and expediting
2. Process purchase orders
3. Coordinate with various departments to make sure orders arrive on time
4. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time deliverY
5. Working closely with external freight forwarders
6. Admin including commodity codes etc
Requirements of the Purchasing Administrator:
7. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
8. Strong negotiation and communication skills
9. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
10. Excellent excel skills (vlookup, sumif, pivot table at a minimum)
