Job Description: Job Title: Justice Key Worker Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE Location: HMP Norwich (With travel in Norwich Community) Job Purpose The Justice Key Worker will manage a caseload of participants in custody and the community, providing tailored support to help them overcome barriers, develop skills, and achieve sustainable employment. This role involves delivering high-quality guidance, coordinating pre-release and post-release support, and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure successful resettlement. Key Responsibilities Participant Support & Case Management * Manage a caseload of participants with complex needs, delivering support, training, and employment guidance. * Conduct assessments and create tailored action plans to address individual barriers. * Provide ‘through the gate’ support, ensuring continuity of care from custody to community. * Maintain accurate records on case management systems (CATS+, P-Nomis).
