A vibrant and welcoming primary school in Rochdale, OL11 is looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team for a full time position. ECT's are encouraged to apply as the school offers a great training programme where you will be enrolled into a Teacher position if successful. So far this year 5 of our ECT's have worked as HLTA's and 4 have successfully stepped into a Teacher role or have been offered a Teacher role for next September. In this role, you will support classroom learning, assisting with lesson delivery and providing tailored support for students. You will work closely with teaching staff to implement plans for students with additional needs, lead small group activities, and offer one-to-one support as required. Additionally, you will contribute to the monitoring and assessment of students' progress and assist in maintaining a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
