CRM & Email Marketing Executive (Bullhorn CRM)
Cheltenham | Full Time or Part Time (3 days per week considered)

i2i Recruitment, a B Corp certified recruitment consultancy based in Cheltenham, is looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Executive to take ownership of our Bullhorn CRM database and drive targeted marketing campaigns across our candidate and client network.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, CRM systems and digital marketing, and wants to play a key role in how a growing recruitment business engages with its database.
You will manage and optimise our Bullhorn CRM, create targeted email marketing campaigns, and support digital marketing activity across LinkedIn and other social platforms. We are also about to implement SourceBreaker integrated with Bullhorn, providing powerful tools to build and manage talent pipelines.
This role can be full time or part time with three days per week considered, making it ideal for someone looking for flexibility while still playing a key role in a growing business.
The Role
Managing and maintaining the Bullhorn CRM database ensuring high levels of data accuracy and segmentation
Building and maintaining targeted mailing lists for marketing campaigns
Creating and delivering email marketing campaigns to candidates and clients
Working with recruiters to promote live vacancies and available candidates through CRM campaigns
Supporting candidate engagement through targeted database marketing activity
Monitoring campaign performance including open rates, engagement and response rates
Supporting digital marketing activity across LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Ensuring GDPR compliance and best practice across all CRM marketing activity
Supporting the implementation and use of SourceBreaker within Bullhorn
Identifying opportunities to improve automation, engagement and marketing performance
About You
Experience working with a CRM system such as Bullhorn or a similar platform
Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of database management, segmentation and data quality
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable analysing campaign performance and engagement metrics
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
Desirable Experience
Experience working within recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition
Experience using Bullhorn CRM
Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms
Experience using sourcing tools such as SourceBreaker
Experience managing LinkedIn or digital marketing campaigns
