My client based in the Evesham area is looking to recruit a Nightshift Warehouse Team Leader on a Temp to Perm basisThis is a 4on/4off Night shift, 1800 - 0600The main responsibilities includes- Supervise the Nightshift Warehouse team- Mange Customer returns- Support with loading and unloading of deliveries- Managing Agency staff on site, managing absences, etc.- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times- Debriefing drivers and managing paperwork appropriatelyAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- previous experience in a similar Warehouse role- Current FLT license, ideally PPT is essential- Experience of managing a small team would be ideal- Good communication skills are essential- Experience in a Chilled Warehouse Environment is essentialThe pay-rate is £14.57 an hour with an overtime rate of £17.48 an hourExpected hours: 48 per weekKeywords:Nightshift, Warehouse, Chilled
