The Care Team Leader role requires you to plan and provide high-quality care that makes our residents feel safe, respected, and independent. Responsibilities
* Plan and provide high-quality care that makes our residents feel safe, respected, and independent.
* Lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards. Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues.
* Also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents. You will handle medication and make sure everything is in order with medication audits.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Care Team Leader who excels in person-centred care planning, possesses expertise in dementia care, and has experience of leading teams to deliver exceptional care.
* Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
Further Information
Location: Orchard Lodge. Work Time: 33-44 hours per week, to be confirmed. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of adults. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
