Your main responsibility will be to help transform the social media presence of our brands and how they interact with their customers and communities across all social platforms.This is a proactive role, where you will be required to respond to new and existing queries, as well as actively seek new opportunities and conversations that our brands can engage with, where relevant.
Main Responsibilities
1. Community management/engagement
2. Reactive content ideation/creation (low lift execution)
3. Support the Creators (Social Media Management) on weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for your clients – analysing community data to summarise key learnings and strategic recommendations for future strategy
4. Build and support on community engagement strategic approaches and recommendations for existing and prospective clients
5. Support Senior Creators in finessing and crafting our brand’s social tone of voice
6. You must have your finger on the pulse of trends and the social space, and the ability to translate these into client opportunities

Job Purpose
Reporting into the Senior Creators, this role is a Junior position within the team - as such, you will be expected to support, champion and embody the values of the agency, but at the same time know that we will give you the space and support to grow and develop your skillsets.You are here to create the best work of your career and support others in doing so.As a Junior Creator, you are here to produce best-in-class Social work.You are responsible for managing your workload, liaising with Resource and Seniors to maintain the high Creative standards we have set out and ensure deadlines are met.
Job Requirements:
7. 1+ year working in social media marketing, Social PR or equivalent
8. Experience of community management
9. Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to flex tone of voice for different brands
10. Passion and strong understanding the ever-changing landscape of social media
11. Creative eye for what makes quality community engagement
12. Impeccable grammar and flair for writing captivating copy
13. Finger on the pulse of popular culture
14. Good sense of humour and ability to write witty copy Vision to grow and develop a career in SocialDetermination to ‘get it done’
