This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior role within a supportive team, where youll provide hands-on care, guidance, and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support. As a Senior Support Worker, you will: Support individuals with daily living, personal care, and independence skills. Promote choice, dignity, and inclusion at all times. Lead and motivate staff, acting as a positive role model. Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and record keeping. Take responsibility for shifts, ensuring safe and effective service delivery. Work closely with families, professionals, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes. What Were Looking For Previous experience as a Support Worker or Senior within health & social care minimum 2 years UK experience A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor colleagues. Good communication and organisational abilities. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends.
