Our Guest Service Managers are at the forefront of creating unforgettable stays for our guests. The role reports directly to the Business Excellence Manager and is part of a team based at our attractive hotel in Leeds- Brighouse (HD6 4HW).
* Constantly seek innovative ways to enhance customer satisfaction, embracing change! For example, upgrading a regular guest who has stayed with us five times in the last month to exceed their expectations.
* Ensure every guest experiences a safe visit, surpassing all expectations regarding cleanliness.
* Live and breathe outstanding service, fostering trust within your reception and reservations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Drive sales opportunities, maximizing revenue and occupancy levels.
Beyond that, you'll inspire and empower our Guest Service team to uphold our company values and culture, maintaining service excellence as our top priority. Through your leadership, you'll promote a sales culture within our department, maximizing room and M&E sales while providing our guests with the best offerings.
Other titles for this role may include Front Office, Head of Department, Hotel Duty Manager, Guest Experience Manager, or Hotel Services Manager.
