Retail Supervisor - Convenience Are you ready for an exciting new opportunity in our recently renovated and expanded Kenny's Foodfare store in ColeraineThis store is part of Kennys Group which includes 6 convenience stores, Greens Foodfare (Lisburn) and Kenny's online Home Delivery Wine store. Our Coleraine store has doubled in size and provides a high quality shopping and hot food/deli experience for our loyal customer base. The ideal candidates should have the ability to not only demonstrate but live our Kenny's Values; Respect, Loyalty, Ownership, Teamwork & Honesty. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor whose duties will include: Lead your team providing direction and mentoring Work with the management team through driving store profitability Lead your team to ensure a high level of store standards and achievement of Store KPIs. Increasing sales and customer loyalty through the provision of an exciting store offering, displays and offers Organise and manage daily orders, stock and deliveries Applicants must demonstrate on their CV the following criteria: Supervisory experience in a fast paced, convenience store environment (preferably a minimum of 2 years) Experience in managing a small team A good working knowledge of some /all convenience store departments (fresh, chilled, ambient and frozen) including ordering; stock control, margin, management and merchandising. A proven track record of providing excellent customer satisfaction and service Experience in daily organisation of a team to maximise their full potential Ability to multi task, problem solve and seek solutions in a fast paced environment We are looking for enthusiastic, fun and loyal, who live our Values and who share our Vision to be the "chosen convenience store in our local communities We offer training and development throughout your time with the Company including opportunities to develop your career with the Kenny's Group as the company continues to expand.
