All training is delivered remotely by our team of industry-professional trainers and is paid from day one. Work: At the successful completion of training, you will become a 'Spartan' consultant and be available for assignment to work with one of our clients. Grow: You'll work with our client for up to 24 months, be able to access upskilling, salary increases, and are then available to convert to a full-time employee with your assigned employer.
