Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups, following pre-set lesson plans where provided.
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
* Adapt to different school environments and teaching styles, providing consistent and high-quality teaching.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and report any issues or concerns to school leadership.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the school day.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards different teaching environments.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
