This is a hands-on, 360-degree role, ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment or a similar sales-driven industry who enjoys building relationships, leading from the front, and growing a high-performing team. You will manage a small team of consultants, while also remaining actively involved in business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
