About the Role:
* Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring your team, stepping up to cover the store when needed.
* Create an environment focused on delivering excellent service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes, all within a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment.
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach in all operational and commercial activities by working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
