We are seeking a motivated Barista Apprentice to join our team. This role offers hands-on training in coffee preparation, customer service, and daily café operations under the supervision of experienced baristas. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and serving hot and cold beverages to a high standard. Learn to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely. Take customer orders and ensure friendly, efficient service. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including washing dishes and equipment. Develop knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and drink recipes. Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment. Person Specification / Requirements: prior experience is required; full on-the-job training support is provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Flexible availability, including weekends and bank holidays.
