As a Customer Enrolment Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for customers switching their payment services from previous providers. From the moment a contract is received to the point their supply goes live; you’ll be the driving force behind a seamless onboarding experience.

What We Want You To Do
* Accurately onboard new customers by processing contracts from Sales with a “right first time” approach, including thorough quality checks.
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide support throughout the onboarding journey, helping diagnose and resolve any setup issues.
* Proactively contribute ideas to enhance the customer journey and overall experience.
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of our systems, products and processes, to confidently support both customers and colleagues.
* Resolve basic queries or exceptions that may delay service activation.
