Business Development Manager
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a BDM on behalf of our client based in the midlands.

Main duties:
* Lead day-to-day business development operations
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering technical support and innovative solutions
* Drive marketing initiatives and raise the company’s profile within the group and the wider market
* Manage sales processes including ECI, tendering, and post-bid negotiations
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial success and operational alignment
* Identify market trends and contribute to strategic business planning
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in business development within the construction sector
* Strong technical understanding and ability to engage with clients and engineers
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and business units
