Primary level 3 Teaching Assistant
Tradewind are working with a primary school in Leigh and they are looking for a level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis starting ASAP. You will be providing general class support with children, working full time 8.30-3.30 5 days a week in nursery.
They are looking for someone who has previous experience and is familiar with the EYFS framework.
Description:
* Have excellent communication and behaviour management techniques
* Be confident in dealing with challenging behaviour
* Excellent interpersonal skills based on effective communication
* Passion to ensure every child succeeds and reaches their full potential
* An awareness of their own strengths and areas for development and a willingness to listen to, reflect constructively and ac upon, as appropriate, feedback from others.
* Be able to confidently work as part of the team and independently.
Essentials:
* This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
* Level 3 teaching assistant qualification.
