Role Summary:
This is an opportunity to join Once For All as a Digital Marketing Assistant, based in our Basingstoke office. You will work as part of a growing team, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, with a key focus on supporting our website operations and social media campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:
* Support the Digital Marketing team in their day-to-day activities, particularly web-based campaigns.
* Assist in the operational management of the company websites, including content updates, development/design, SEO optimisation, reporting, and analytics.
* Brief and coordinate with our in-house designers to deliver engaging digital content.
* Contribute to the planning and execution of key digital and social media projects.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on web and social media campaign performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal departments to deliver planned and ad hoc digital campaigns.
* Create and manage webpages for events and partnership initiatives.
* Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot, ensuring timely and professional communication.
* Provide administrative support to the wider marketing team on various tasks and projects.
Candidate Requirements:
* Passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow in a marketing-focused role.
* Some prior experience or relevant training in digital marketing (e.g., internship, marketing degree, or related role).
* Comfortable using digital tools such as CMS platforms, social media management tools, and analytics dashboards.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* A team player who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
