Compensation
$65-85K depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position)
* Plan, organize, and attend campus recruiting events, career fairs, and presentations
* Build long-term partnerships with faculty, students, and university organizations
* Coordinate interviews, selections, and offers for interns and new graduates
* Manage and enhance internship and co-op programs, including orientations and social events
* Represent our client as a brand ambassador at multiple universities
* Utilize iCIMS and other systems for recruiting coordination and candidate tracking
* Travel approximately 25% during the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements)
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
* Passion for student engagement and relationship building
* Willingness to travel 25% during busy recruiting seasons
* Prior experience in the construction industry is helpful, but not required
