Your Role as Care Assistant at Holbeach
In this influential and rewarding role, you will help shape the highest standard of care by:
* Helping support residents with getting ready for the day, outings and activities and promoting their independence and supporting them to continue addressing their needs.
* Collaborating with external professionals – including GPs, district nurses, pharmacists and social care teams, ensuring seamless care for residents.
* Delivering exceptional personal care – always with dignity, respect and a personalised approach.
* Accompanying residents with indoor and outdoor activities and ensuring activities are what each resident will enjoy. They enjoy a variety of activities including drawing, quizzes, gardening, walks and even outings to shops.
* Working with families to understand each residents needs, desires and purpose in their daily lives,

Positions Available:
Day Care Assistant 8am-8pm
Night Care Assistant 8pm-8am
Holbeach Meadows work a 3 on 3 off rota, so some weekend working will be required.
You will bring:
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care – essential
* Experience in a senior or lead care role within a residential or nursing home
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting older adults
* A professional, positive and proactive approach to care
