If you've spent the last few years matching talent to brand campaigns and you're tired of doing it inside a structure that doesn't really get the creator economy, this one's worth a proper look. I'm working with a founder-led, well-funded business sitting at the centre of how modern media gets built and monetised. They partner with creators — currently weighted around sport, gaming, and adjacent cultural verticals — and turn high-performing channels into proper, durable businesses. A serious tech and AI stack built quietly before they started trading, strong commercial traction over the past year, and a significant funding round closing this summer that will accelerate things noticeably. It's a small, genuinely good team. The kind of early-stage environment where the work you do visibly shapes the company. The role You'll own the brand partnerships function as it scales. Originating, structuring, and closing deals between brands (and their agencies) and the creators on the roster. End-to-end: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, closing, and then turning those relationships into repeat and scaled commercial partnerships. You'll also work directly with the creators themselves — shaping how they position commercially, translating their audience and content into something brands want to buy into. This is media-adjacent sales, but it asks for more than a media sales background. Brands buying creator partnerships are buying judgement, fit, and narrative as much as reach. You need to be the person in the room they trust to get that right. What we're looking for A track record of selling content creators / talent into brand campaigns, or selling into brand and agency media buyers in a way that's adjacent enough to translate 4 years in business development with proper revenue ownership and numbers to point to Existing relationships with brands and agencies — a serious advantage Commercial gravitas. You can hold a room, structure a pitch, and be taken seriously by senior buyers Strong instincts for what makes a creator-brand fit actually work Comfortable in an early-stage, high-ownership environment where the playbook is still being written The package £Excellent base depending on experience, fantastic OTE on a 60/40 split, uncapped commission, and meaningful equity in a business at a genuinely interesting inflection point. Logistics Hybrid, Norwich or London offices. Currently 2–3 office days a month at HQ (a manageable train journey from London), with a London office opening later this year.
