Accounts Administrator, Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Purchase ledger Lisburn Full-Time Up to £28,000 per annum Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for numbers and organisation? We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator to join adynamic team and play a key role in supporting our finance and operations departments. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Account Management: Process purchase invoices, arrange supplier payments, reconcile accounts, and handle supplier queries.
Sales Invoice Processing: Ensure timely and accurate generation of sales invoices. Administrative Support: Provide essential support to operational staff and management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). A team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
