Description
This role is responsible for the supply of Goods to our Affiliate and Export Markets, to meet the demand plan and achievement of operational and commercial targets for ANZ.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring stock is available in full and on time across the Distribution Centres in the ANZ supply network, to meet agreed ETDs for shipping.
2. Ensuring the correct support for new product development is carried out.
3. Clearly communicate and manage supply risks back into Affiliates and the Export Commercial team across ANZ.
4. Prioritise continuous improvement and development of tools & process, to support the demand requirements of the business now and into the future, in the most efficient manner.
5. Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs, and goals.
6. To uphold the Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the Company’s vision.
Qualifications, Experience, Technical knowledge, skills:
7. Experience in Planning, Supply Coordination, Export within FMCG an advantage.
8. Relevant Tertiary Qualifications desirable.
9. Attention to detail.
10. Stakeholder Management (Ability to manage expectations and influence change).
11. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence.
12. Team player with success in collaborating across a variety of teams to drive outcomes.
13. Analytical approach to problem solving that incorporates business acumen.
