What’s involved?
6. Working om a shift basis including weekends
7. Responsible for the front desk and team while on shift
8. Report any issues or incidents to the Front Office Manager
9. Duty manager shifts as and when required
10. Checking room allocations, upgrades, special requests, meeting & greeting VIP’s, corporate and regular guests
11. Liaising with all departments on a day to day basis
Requirements:
12. Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is essential and with excellent people skills as well as a friendly manner. Also able to work under pressure but remain calm and confident.
13. Preferably 12 months experience as a Reception Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager
14. Must have Opera PMS
15. Immediately available with no prior commitments such as notice or holidays as we need someone who can commit for a min. of 4 weeks
