This role combinesdigital print productionwithhands-on fabrication, ensuring every sign meets the highest quality standards.What Youll DoOperatewide-format printers, laminators, and cutters to produce signage, decals, and displaysPrepare and manage artwork files usingAdobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and RIP softwarePerform finishing tasks such as laminating, trimming, mounting, hemming, and grommetingAssist withfabrication and assemblyof 3D lettering, illuminated signs, and panel systemsWork with materials includingacrylic, aluminium composite panel (ACP), PVC, foam board, stainless steel, vinyl, and LEDsApply printed and cut vinyl to sign panels and substratesMaintain equipment, manage materials, and ensure top-quality outputCollaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and client requirementsWhat Youll Bring2+ years experiencein signage production, large-format printing, or a similar roleStrong knowledge of sign-making tools, materials, and fabrication methodsProficiency withAdobe Creative Suiteand print management softwareExcellent attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skillsAbility to work safely and efficiently in a workshop environmentDesirable SkillsExperience inLED sign assembly, CNC routing, acrylic fabrication, or vinyl installationForklift licence or workshop equipment certificationTypes of ProjectsIlluminated & non-illuminated signs3D letters and logosFascia and wayfinding signageWindow, wall & vehicle graphicsEvent and retail displaysDays /Hours/Pay/Benefits They operate between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
