Job Description
Due to continued growth our Telford site are now recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to join their friendly team on a full time permanent basis!
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm/8am-5pm rotating.
Salary: £25,904 per annum, plus £1,000 attendance bonus.
As a Sales Order Processor you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of Sales Orders onto the CML system.
Key Duties of a Sales Order Processor include:
* Receive and process clients orders via ASN, Manual input and monitor EDI orders.
* Enter orders onto the system promptly and accurately.
* Check that orders have been entered and that they are correct.
* Chasing down missing orders with suppliers and depots.
* Looking after a set group of suppliers on a daily basis building relationships.
* To communicate effectively with line managers any discrepancies, errors, missing orders or duplications.
Qualifications
* Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
* Very high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong administration skills.
* Able to work as part of a team or individually.
* Ability to effectively prioritise workloads in order to meet set deadlines.
