Shoezone has an opportunity for a Store Supervisor to join our team based in Great Yarmouth. You will join us on a part time (20 hours), permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary, thorough training and great benefits.
This position requires full flexibility for the week. Working a Sunday will be required and the core rota is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
The Supervisor Role
We are looking for somebody who can step up to the challenge to support the Store Manager and run the Store in their absence. Being a team player is also important, an all‑rounder who is flexible and able to support the store.

* Coach and support your team to the same customer service standard
* Work in a busy and fast paced environment
* Ensure the shop floor looks great at all times

* Retail Management/supervisory experience would be desirable
