## Project Description
The freelancer agrees to design a homepage for a website inspired by the features, layout, and sections found on the following reference website:

The goal is to create a similar structure and functionality, but with a unique and original design, not a copy.
The homepage must be delivered in both Website view and Mobile view, following modern UI/UX standards.
## Scope of Work
The freelancer will design:
### Homepage – Web Version
Including (but not limited to):
* Hero section
* Services / Features sections
* Informational sections
* Call-to-action sections
* Any additional sections found on the reference homepage
All sections must follow a clean layout, professional spacing, and strong visual hierarchy.
### Homepage – Mobile View
* Fully responsive design
* Optimized spacing and readability
* Same sections adapted properly for mobile screens
### Design Style
* Modern, clean, and professional
* Unique visual identity (not copied)
* Consistent colors, fonts, and icons
* Smooth flow between sections
### Source Files
* Figma (preferred) or PSD / AI
* Fully editable design files
## Revisions
* Revisions are allowed until final approval
* Minor adjustments and improvements must be applied without extra cost
## Timeline
Initial design delivery within *3 days**
* Revisions handled promptly after feedback
## Payment Terms
* Total Budget: $30 (Fixed Price)
* No upfront payment
Payment will be released *only after**:
1. Delivery of the full homepage (Web + Mobile)
2. Applying requested revisions (if any)
3. Final approval by the client
## Communication
* Freelancer must be responsive and cooperative
* Clear updates during the project lifecycle
## Ownership Rights
After payment is released, full ownership and intellectual property rights of the homepage design and source files are transferred to the client.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
