Job Title: HSE Advisor
Location: East Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Pension + Life Assurance

The Opportunity:
As a HSE Advisor, you’ll play a key role in:
Providing day-to-day Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) advice and guidance across factory and site operations, championing behavioural safety and legal compliance
Leading site and factory audits and inspections, issuing reports with clear actions and driving improvements
Supporting incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring RIDDOR compliance and promoting a learning culture
Reviewing risk assessments, lift plans and permits to ensure suitability and safety across manufacturing and construction environments
Contributing to integrated management system improvements (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001) and participating in sustainability and compliance reporting
Your work will directly contribute to creating a positive safety culture, ensuring environmental responsibility and enabling safe delivery of high-quality building solutions.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
A NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent qualification)
Must be data driven and have an analytical approach to HSE
Proficiency with SHEQ digital systems and the ability to manage audits, reports and compliance documentation
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work effectively across factory, site and client teams
A full UK driving licence
Proven Experience working within Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction
