We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support franchise partners, and ensure smooth distribution of our product lines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Edinburgh unit, ensuring high food quality and service standards. Support franchisees with onboarding, operational training, and compliance guidance. Manage supply chain and stock levels for both the outlet and product distribution. Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met. Lead staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and operational reporting. Coordinate with production teams for frozen and ready-to-eat product inventory, logistics, and delivery timelines. Identify operational improvements and support business growth strategies. Requirements: 1–2 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within food service or FMCG. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Knowledge of food hygiene, safety regulations, and operational compliance. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
