Assist with personal care and tailored learning for children with specific needs, with full supervision and support. Contribute to planning, delivery, and assessment of engaging, inclusive activities under teacher guidance. Help prepare and maintain a purposeful, well-resourced learning environment. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families to foster development and wellbeing. Take part in trips, extra-curricular activities, training, and wider school life. Requirements: Proven experience supporting children in primary school settings, including SEND and EAL needs. Relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience). Good numeracy, literacy and ICT skills. Ability to use initiative, follow guidance, and communicate effectively with children and adults. A patient, cheerful, and nurturing approach with a positive attitude and strong team ethic. Willingness to support children with intimate care and undertake First Aid training.
