Damp & Mould Operative – £20.50 CIS – Lambeth
Van & Fuel Card ProvidedWe are currently recruiting for experienced Damp and Mould Operatives to work with a reputable contractor on social housing properties across Lambeth.Job Details:
1. Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)
2. Location: Lambeth and surrounding areas
3. Start Date: ASAP
4. Contract Type: Ongoing
5. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
6. Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided
Responsibilities:
7. Diagnose and treat damp and mould issues in occupied and void social housing properties
8. Carry out relevant repairs, including anti-mould washes, redecoration, and associated carpentry or plastering tasks
9. Identify underlying issues and report where further work may be required
10. Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenants
11. Maintain clear records of work completed using a PDA or job sheets
Requirements:
12. Proven experience in damp and mould work, preferably in social housing
13. Full UK driving licence (essential)
14. Own tools (specialist tools can be provided where necessary)
15. Valid CSCS card (preferred)
16. Strong communication skills and customer service approach
