* Conducting face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations with patients.
* Managing a range of acute, chronic, and complex conditions.
* Providing health education and lifestyle advice.
* Supporting QOF and other clinical targets.
* Engaging in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
* Collaborating with the wider practice team including nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and on the GP Performers List
* MRCGP
* Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
* Experience with EMIS is desirable
* Evidence of safeguarding and mandatory training
* Willingness to engage in clinical meetings and contribute to practice development
