About the Role This role supports the ASDA account within our poultry division and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the account through accurate data management, reporting, and administration. You will work closely with internal teams and customer contacts to support commercial activity, maintain robust account processes, and ensure high standards of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day delivery of the ASDA poultry account, helping to keep products, pricing, and promotions running smoothly. Manage and maintain accurate product, pricing, and cost information, ensuring systems and customer data are always up to date. Track and resolve claims, making sure issues are followed through and closed out efficiently. Support new product launches and key projects by coordinating timelines, information, and updates across teams. Own and maintain key account documents, including price files, product information, and account trackers. Manage product content on customer platforms and ensure information is accurate and submitted on time. Work closely with internal teams and customer contacts, capturing actions from meetings and supporting clear communication. About You You are organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with data, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of tasks through to completion, with an interest in developing within a commercial or account management role.
