We are now looking for an exceptional Deputy Manager to join our talented front-of-house team and play a key role in the continued success of this much-loved Bermondsey Street institution. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting the running of a food-focused pub or restaurant and be passionate about delivering an outstanding, guest-first experience across both bar and dining spaces. You will have a strong understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of hospitality, including stock control, compliance, team development, and wider business performance, with the confidence to support BOH operations where required.
