I am a female that lives in my own home. I have disabilities which affect my independent living. I require someone to support me at home and in the community. To carry out domestic duties in the home to a very high standard, including washing and ironing, hoovering, getting clothes ready, change bed linen, mopping, bleaching, dusting and any other house duties I identify. To provide a small amount of personal care; this includes supporting me in and out of my shower/wet room facility. Assistance with dressing and getting ready Assist with social support and taking me out in the community. And plus social interaction including appointments that may need to be attended You must have a full clean driving licence and be prepared to drive my car- this will be available for use when I require your support, however if you live locally, you will not need to drive To be able to identify any risks or issues that may affect me and my quality of life. As my needs vary due to the complexity of my illness my mobility changes from day to day and this must be a consideration To undertake any training that is necessary and appropriate for the role. As my needs may vary from day to day, your tasks will reflect this. You may be required to perform any other duties as is reasonably required. The applicant must able to adapt to my changing needs, confident enough to prepare my medication and make light snacks and drinks.
